歐盟修訂吡氟酰草胺等七種農(nóng)藥的最大殘留限量：據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，4 月 17 日歐盟發(fā)布 （EU） 2015/603號(hào)委員會(huì)條例：就吡氟酰草胺等七種農(nóng)藥在部分產(chǎn)品（包括牛奶）中的最大殘留限量修訂（EC）No 396/2005  法規(guī)附件 II, III  和 V。

    這七種農(nóng)藥為萘氧乙酸（2-naphthyloxyacetic acid）、乙草胺（acetochlor）、三氯硝基甲烷（chloropicrin）、調(diào)嘧醇（flurprimidol）、吡氟酰草胺（diflufenican）、氟酰胺（flutolanil）、多殺菌素（spinosad）。本法規(guī)自公布后第20天起生效。

    Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Articles 14（1）（a） and 18（1）（b） and Article 49（2） thereof,
